Dans Ez\u00e9kiel, le Seigneur dit : \u00e0 la cime du c\u00e8dre je prendrai une tige(…) je la planterai moi-m\u00eame sur une montagne (\u2026) elle deviendra un c\u00e8dre magnifique, en dessous d’elle habiteront tous les passereaux.<\/em> “<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le psaume 91, il est dit le juste grandira comme un palmier, il poussera comme un c\u00e8dre du Liban.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans l’Evangile de Marc, J\u00e9sus dit : “Le Royaume de Dieu est comme une graine de moutarde, (\u2026) la plus petite de toutes les semences, mais une fois sem\u00e9e elle grandit (\u2026) elle \u00e9tend de longues branches si bien que les oiseaux du ciel peuvent faire leur nid \u00e0 son ombre.<\/em> “<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il \u00e9tait une fois trois arbres du jardin de Dieu qui avaient pouss\u00e9 ensemble, un noyer, un ch\u00eane et un sapin. Le noyer dit, je voudrais devenir une bo\u00eete \u00e0 bijoux. Le ch\u00eane dit, je voudrais devenir le plus superbe bateau du Roi. Le sapin dit, je voudrais monter, monter\u00a0 jusqu’\u00e0 devenir le plus haut des arbres du monde. Or le noyer devint une mangeoire. Le ch\u00eane une barque de p\u00eache. Et le sapin une poutre dans un entrep\u00f4t. Il arriva ensuite qu’une jeune femme qui avait d\u00fb accoucher dans une \u00e9table posa son enfant dans la mangeoire. Le noyer se dit, je porte le tr\u00e9sor du monde. Il arriva qu’un jeune homme monta dans la barque, que se leva une temp\u00eate et que cet homme d’une seule parole put apaiser\u00a0et les vents et la peur des p\u00eacheurs. Le ch\u00eane se dit, je suis le bateau\u00a0 du plus grand roi du monde. Il arriva que des soldats romains prirent la poutre dans l’entrep\u00f4t, en firent le bois du supplice et y crucifi\u00e8rent cet homme nomm\u00e9 J\u00e9sus. Mais il arriva aussi qu’au bout de trois jours ce J\u00e9sus, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur le bois de la poutre,\u00a0 ressuscita. Le sapin de dit, la poutre que je suis devenue est le bois de la croix par laquelle J\u00e9sus sauve le monde.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Evangile, lui, nous parle de la plus petite, de la plus insignifiantes des semences. Sem\u00e9e au jardin de Dieu elle devient le plus grand et le plus large des arbres du verger et les oiseaux du ciel s’y abritent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sans doute, a-t-il fallu un jardinier pour prendre soin de la semence, lui donner de l’eau, quand elle manquait, puis tailler l’arbuste, couper l’exc\u00e8s de branches, pour que l’arbre pousse haut, vigoureux et droit. Dieu a sem\u00e9 son arbre dans nos c\u0153urs. Nous devons prendre soin de cet arbre du Seigneur. Alors il sera utile \u00e0 tous les moineaux de Dieu qui pourront y trouver refuge. Ainsi, quelle que soit notre petitesse,\u00a0 faire fructifier l’arbre que Dieu a plant\u00e9 dans nos c\u0153urs, c’est prendre soin du monde.
